  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a prepaid return label is provided by SKY WORLD for specific cases.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Exceptions to Refunds

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to customer mishandling or if items are missing upon return.
  • Sale or Final Sale Items: Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for refunds and may only qualify for store credit at our discretion.
  • Gift Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, gift returns may qualify for store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
